Come tag-team with our ladies at Meadows to gain inspiration, tools, strategies and practical experience in physical fitness, healthy cooking/eating and spiritual growth.
6 weeks long (Jan. 15 – Feb. 26)
Thursday nights at 6:30pm
Each Thursday night session includes 3 elements:
- Workout time – we have 2 levels to choose from along with strategies & tools from trained fitness leaders
- A light healthy meal with recipes, tips, eating & preparation strategies topped with lots of encouragement
- Bible study/discussion time along with spiritual growth plans
Cost: $25.00 (to help cover the cost of the meals)
Sign up/pay in the church atrium
Wear comfortable workout clothing and shoes. Bring a bottle of water, a towel and your Bible. All fitness levels welcome!
